Le Creuset Giant Reversible Grill / Griddle

With a generous cooking surface and two-in-one design, the Giant Reversible Grill/Griddle brings the delicious flavor of outdoor grilling conveniently indoors. The generous cooking surface can accommodate family-sized meals of kebabs, burgers, steaks and vegetables on the grill side, and pancakes, eggs and bacon on the griddle side. It is finished with a black satin enamel that eliminates the need for the traditional seasoning and maintenance of raw cast iron. Specially formulated for higher surface temperature cooking, the enamel develops a natural patina over time that is ideal for searing, browning and grilling. 

 

Crafted from our legendary cast iron, the Giant Reversible Grill/Griddle has exceptional heat distribution and retention qualities for superior results from stove to oven to table. The colorful enameled surface minimizes sticking and staining, requires no pre-seasoning, and is easy-to-clean.

 

While the Grill/Griddle is compatible with most heating elements, it is not recommended for use on ceramic or electric stovetops.
